Recitals & Festivals

Public performances in recitals, showcases and festivals provide young musicians with invaluable, first-hand experience with onstage performance – which does wonders in building their confidence and self-esteem!

The Conservatory usually holds its annual Grand Recital in the Noel Ryan Auditorium at the Mississauga Central Library. Admission is free and open to the public. For details of the next Recital, see our “Waz Happenin’?” page.

On three other occasions, in late Winter, early Spring & late Fall, students are invited to perform, together with fellow students as a soloist, duo, trio or group, in any one of our “Talent Showcases” or mini-music festivals staged in privately-owned family-friendly venues in the local area. Admission is free and open to the public.

Some of our students take their talent to competition level!  Congratulations to our many students, (too many to name), who have participated, and won First Place Awards, over the years, in the annual prestigious Peel Music Festival & Kiwanis Festival.
